CPD Program Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive CPD Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CPD initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees to promote continuous learning and professional development
- Help monitor individual development plans and ensure that employees meet professional standards and receive the necessary development opportunities for career growth
- Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops, to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
