We are seeking a Strategic Business Developer to drive business growth through proposal writing, bidding, and identifying new business opportunities. As a key member of the business development team, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure we deliver high-quality proposals and bid submissions that align with our objectives.

Proposal Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Writing compelling proposals and bids for new business opportunities.
  2. Managing the preparation of responses to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs).
  3. Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  4. Working closely with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  5. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
  6. Providing regular reports on the status of proposals, tenders, and business opportunities to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bidding, business development, or a similar role.
  3. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Ability to analyze business opportunities and align them with organizational goals.
