Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Financial Management Specialist. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of records.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and proficiency in various accounting software. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed financial reports
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoices
  3. Reconcile bank statements and track expenses, identifying areas for cost savings
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, implementing necessary controls
  5. Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing and payments, resolving any discrepancies
  6. Prepare tax returns and assist with audits, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
  7. Monitor cash flow and budgeting activities, making informed decisions to optimize financial performance
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
  4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions
