Territory Sales Leader

To lead the sales team and large-scale distributors in implementing company strategies and developing plans to address local business needs. The ideal candidate should be able to train and motivate the team to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Set clear and SMART objectives to ensure delivery of AOP and Strat Plan in line with Regional goals and cascade locally to territory team.
- Analyze category development potential for each category within FLP and create subsequent plans to consistently grow shares in each category.
- Implement action plans to execute counter strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets as well as target brand and pack deliverables.
Strong leadership skills, people management experience, problem-solving abilities, and a university graduate degree are required.
The ideal candidate should have preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates may also apply.
