Procurement Manager Position

About This Role:

This is a highly demanding role that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the receipt of bids, coordinate bid opening processes, and ensure accurate digitization of tender documents.
  • Manage dispatch operations, correspond with suppliers, and serve as a central coordinator between departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Oversee the analysis of bid offers, scrutinize financial bids and guarantees, and transfer custody of financial documents to the relevant department.
Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • No less than 9 years of experience in reputable organizations, preferably in procurement roles.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
