Job Description

As a key team member, you will manage tracking systems, troubleshoot devices, and maintain software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and recover devices in a timely manner.
  2. Manage online monitoring software for seamless operation.
  3. Provide technical support for mobile applications.
  4. Maintain and update Excel sheets and SMS marketing software as needed.
  5. Work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.

The ideal candidate has strong IT skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and can learn quickly. They should possess good communication skills and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A background in IT is essential. Experience with Excel, SMS marketing software, and mobile applications is highly desirable. The candidate should own their own laptop, have internet access at home, and reliable transportation.
