Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to optimize our website and content for increased organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and improve overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct keyword research to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for targeted keywords. Ensure best practices are followed across all pages.
  2. Develop strategies to improve domain authority through link-building, partnerships, and content promotion.
  3. Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions that drive traffic and engagement.
  4. Identify and resolve technical issues related to site structure, load speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability. Work closely with developers to implement fixes.
  5. Conduct regular audits of websites and web pages to identify areas for improvement and execute strategies to resolve issues.
  6. Use SEO tools to track and analyze key performance metrics like traffic, rankings, and conversions. Provide reports on performance to stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze competitors' strategies, keywords, and backlink profiles to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Continuously research and keep up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure effective strategies.
  9. Work with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
  2. Solid understanding of SEO tools and techniques (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
  4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  5. Experience in keyword research, link-building, and content optimization strategies.
  6. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  1. Experience with paid media campaigns and digital marketing.
  2. Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
