To excel in this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, coupled with 3+ years of professional experience in automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Closely collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs early in the development process, ensuring seamless product delivery.
  2. Drive bug prioritization and cultivate a deep understanding of our products, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  3. Monitor tools to track performance metrics of backend systems and assess their load capacity, guaranteeing efficient resource allocation.
  4. Analyze customer use cases and guarantee that our products meet quality expectations in complex environments.
  5. Analyze issues and provide critical support in resolving them, promoting rapid resolution times.
Required Skills:
  • Design, develop, and extend test automation frameworks to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Document system-level defects using tracking systems and report them to developers, ensuring transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
