Email Marketing Leader

About the role

  • Create and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, driving subscriber growth and engagement.
  • Lead a team of skilled marketers to deliver exceptional campaign results and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Campaign Execution: Develop and implement data-driven email marketing programs, leveraging HTML and CSS expertise to craft visually appealing and engaging content.
  3. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Talent Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of email marketers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of email marketing experience, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Industry certifications, such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
