We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in building a strong organizational culture and ensuring smooth HR operations that align with our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
- Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Create employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.
- E nsure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proven track record of creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
