Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve billing concerns and manage accounts receivable.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding account balance, subscription fees, and one-time charges. Your ability to manage high call volumes and leverage software to investigate and resolve payment issues will be key to success in this position.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers with billing inquiries.
  • Proactively address billing concerns, including subscription fees and one-time charges.
  • Manage high call volumes, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Analyse customer accounts, reviewing historical invoices, payments, chargebacks, refunds, credits, and write-offs.
  • Support the monthly close process by ensuring accurate period cutoffs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve account issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in collections or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and vigilance.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and strong computation abilities.
