Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of selling products and services.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing them with information about new products and services and addressing any concerns they may have.
You will work closely with our product development team to stay up-to-date on all product and service changes and communicate these changes to our customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets set by management, keeping accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system and handling customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
Other responsibilities include following up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met and attending weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
