Import and Export Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Import and Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Import and Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance and logistics arrangements for exporting electric motorcycles and battery packs to Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and customs affairs for multinational companies. They should be familiar with Pakistan customs regulations, import/export declaration standards, HS classification, and license processing procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customs clearance and logistics arrangements for export.
  • Coordinate shipping space booking, vehicle arrangements, and customs declaration document preparation.
  • Process import and export licenses.
  • Monitor goods transportation and address handling issues.
Operations and Coordination Key Activities:

  • Provide accurate transportation time estimates for production and order departments.
  • Track the performance of logistics companies in terms of transit time, customs declaration accuracy, and loss/damage handling.
  • Investigate freight inquiries and evaluate logistical plans.
  • Control and settle logistics costs.
  • Implement process improvements and optimize performance.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and customs affairs for multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with Pakistan customs regulations, import/export declaration standards, HS classification, and license processing procedures.
  • Knowledge of import/export logistics transportation, preferably with experience in large cargo operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (graduate studies are preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, provide solutions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
