As a B2B Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with call centers worldwide.
Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain regular contact with call centers to assess their performance and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Respond promptly to queries and collect valuable feedback to help us improve our services.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can work independently and think strategically. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
The successful candidate will provide regular updates to Head Office about payment status and ensure open lines of communication throughout the partnership.
