Job Title: Senior Automation Tester

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead our automation testing efforts. As a Principal Test Automation Engineer, you will develop and maintain a robust test automation framework, ensuring high-quality standards across all software releases.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance the test automation framework based on project needs.
  • Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Evaluate manual and automated test execution against defined standards and procedures.
  • Create automation scripts using diverse tools to cover user stories for regression and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of working experience in Automation testing.
  • Familiarity with Automation Testing tools, data structures, and algorithm design.
  • Proficiency in frameworks for automation like JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Java, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing techniques.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and scripting fundamentals.
