
Strategic Support Partner

This is a highly strategic position that enables leaders to focus on key objectives. We seek an experienced and skilled professional to provide high-level support to clients' leadership teams.
Responsibilities- Optimize schedules and communication: Manage calendars and inboxes with strategic foresight to ensure key priorities are always at the forefront.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and special projects from start to finish.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement systems and processes that streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Conduct research and prepare materials that enable informed, high-impact decision-making.
- At least 6 months of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives or high-level clients.
- Clear, confident, and discreet communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with productivity software and a quick learner for new technologies.
- Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) during U.S. business hours.
- Internet: A stable and reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps). LAN cable recommended for stability.
- Hardware: A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent) or higher.
- 100% remote, full-time position.
