Role Overview:

This role is a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that HR initiatives support business goals while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support organizational change efforts by guiding and supporting employees through transitions, restructuring, or policy changes.
  • Plan and implement engagement initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present key HR metrics and reports to inform data-driven decision-making by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
