We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support our e-commerce activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as experience with sales and invoicing.

The Ecommerce Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Processing sales and invoices
  • Enhancing customer experience

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

This is a hybrid role located in Islamabad, with some work from home flexibility.
