E-Com Specialist (Amazon Business Account Manager)

Location: Onsite - Bahria Town Phase 4

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Com Specialist to manage our Amazon Business account. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of Amazon's policies and procedures, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage and optimize our Amazon Business account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility.
  3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with Amazon representatives, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's evolving policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Business accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
  2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
