Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of diverse server and network infrastructure.

You will work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of an always-on service, collaborating on projects that promote system improvements, optimisations, and efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high service availability and minimising downtime through continuous monitoring of key systems.
  • Liaising with vendors and managed service partners to deliver an always-on service.
  • Managing incidents, service requests, and following the change management process for Production Services team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Good cloud technology experience in platforms such as Azure and O365.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server Knowledge and Linux.
  • Expertise in Windows Server Administration and Standard Infrastructure Technologies, including Virtualisation, Backup, Storage, Active Directory, Monitoring, and Certification Authorities.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and experience in VoIP.
  • 3+ years' experience in Application and Server infrastructure administration, Hypervisors, virtualization technologies, Microsoft SQL Server Administration, and Cloud platforms like Azure.
