Job Title: Field Research Coordinator

We are seeking a Field Research Coordinator to work with our research team on a project focused on improving women and child health outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, writing detailed notes, and managing fieldwork processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Masters, at least one year of experience working in the healthcare sector, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that aims to make a positive impact on the lives of women and children in Pakistan. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in research coordination and management, and contribute to the development of policies and programs that improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews and write detailed notes
  • Manage fieldwork processes to ensure effective use of time
  • Facilitate meetings among the research team and junior research staff
  • Train new junior staff in research and interviewing skills
  • Visit different households in the communities to ensure successful completion of data collection
  • Liaise with administration regarding logistics for fieldwork
  • Develop and conduct regular trainings of Lady Health Workers and Community Health Workers
  • Provide supervision and support for junior staff
  • Raise community awareness on child health related issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Masters
  • At least one year of experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
