We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Research Manager in our Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing research projects, developing methodologies, and coordinating with investigators and collaborators.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will work closely with our team to design, implement, and evaluate research studies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines;">
  • Coordinating with researchers, clinicians, and community leaders to ensure successful project execution;">
  • Collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports and publications;">
  • Providing guidance and training to junior staff members;">
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases;">
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy, or a related field;">
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in research management or a related field;">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Familiarity with research methods, tools, and technologies;">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">

Benefits

This is a grant-funded position, and the selected candidate will be required to travel to different field sites within and outside Karachi. They may also be required to stay at remote locations as per the requirements of project activities.
