Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align talent mapping with evolving client requirements.
  • Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Coordinate between candidates and commercial teams for smooth interview processes.
  • Integrate feedback into enablement strategies and refine processes to meet client demands.
RequirementsProfessional Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, or a related field.
  • A background in customer success or end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
