Cybersecurity Services Management & Optimization

This role involves overseeing the lifecycle management of cybersecurity solutions across the organization. You will ensure security technologies are effectively maintained, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.

You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal functionality, continuous improvements, and compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of deployed security solutions (IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, DLP, Firewalls, etc.).
  • Evaluate and recommend security solution integrations within the enterprise security framework.
  • Work with IT teams to refine security solutions, improving performance and effectiveness.
  • Plan for scalability and continuous improvement of security services.
Service-Level Management & Vendor Coordination

This involves defining and monitoring SLAs (Service-Level Agreements) for cybersecurity solutions and services. You will coordinate with vendors and managed security service providers (MSSPs) to ensure timely support and updates for security technologies.

Additionally, you will manage contracts and service agreements related to cybersecurity solutions and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of security services.

Security Solution Governance & Compliance

This includes ensuring cybersecurity services comply with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.). You will develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for maintaining cybersecurity solutions.

You will also support audits and compliance assessments related to deployed security technologies and contribute to governance frameworks for security service operations.

Incident Support & Service Enhancement

This role involves collaborating with security operations teams to ensure effective threat detection and mitigation. You will provide technical support for security solution incidents, working with vendors for issue resolution.

Additionally, you will assist in defining processes for incident response, escalation, and resolution related to security technologies.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

This involves monitoring security service performance and generating reports on effectiveness and compliance. You will promote optimizations and upgrades for cybersecurity solutions based on industry best practices.

Regularly review cybersecurity solution performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, ITIL are preferred but not required.
