TikTok Influencer Outreach

This role is focused on building connections between brands and social media creators to create successful marketing campaigns. As a TikTok Influencer Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching and identifying influencers who align with our clients' goals and brand identities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and shortlisting the right influencers for our clients
  • Crafting and sending professional outreach messages using provided guidelines
  • Maintaining and updating influencer databases with accurate contact and campaign information
  • Coordinating follow-ups, managing communication threads, and tracking response rates

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in influencer outreach, social media management, or related administrative support. Strong written communication skills and a professional yet friendly tone are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple conversations and deadlines at once. Familiarity with TikTok trends, creator communities, and platform features is also a plus.
