Warehouse and Order Fulfillment Infrastructure Manager

The Warehouse and Order Fulfillment Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all physical and technological infrastructures supporting warehouse and order fulfillment operations.

This includes managing warehouse management systems (WMS), conveyor and automation systems, networking, hardware, and facility utilities critical to efficient order processing and distribution.

  • Managing our entire logistics network across multiple countries, including warehouse management, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to align daily incoming shipments and promote growth and health.
  • Identifying performance gaps in the warehouse's operations, driving programs to close gaps and revamping existing processes for better results.
  • Overseeing warehouse inventory health, utilization, and clearance.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Budget and Project Requirements creation.
  • Leading capital expenditure, operational expenditure, and expansion projects to drive efficiency and sustainability.
  • Responsible for department Purchase Requests and Goods Receipt Notes.
  • Significant cross-functional coordination with administrative, procurement, IT, and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) teams to initiate, execute, and conclude projects.
  • Capital Expenditure Forecasting and allocation.
  • Monitoring and maintaining HSSE, 5S, and warehouse standards.
