Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage administrative budgets, procurements, and supplier contracts.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, processes, and plans to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and handle holiday scheduling.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative work, with a focus on event planning a plus.
- Excellent data processing and analytical skills, as well as strong English language proficiency.
