Human Resources Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Human Resource Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong background in HR and wish to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in the Accounting industry, with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and protocols.

  2. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding new employees to guarantee a smooth transition into the organization.

  3. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs to foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and job satisfaction.

  4. Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  5. Maintain and update knowledge of best practices in HR functions, staying current with industry developments and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the team.

  3. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

  4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
