We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Khoj Resorts.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate sales, proposal writing, sales calls, and coordination, with a proven track record in generating new business and maintaining client relationships.
This role involves driving sales initiatives to meet the company's objectives while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients within the hospitality sector.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential corporate clients based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proposals meet the client's needs and company standards.
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with potential corporate clients to introduce the company's services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking.
- Act as the main point of contact between the corporate clients and the internal teams.
- Coordinate with various departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client queries and requests.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
