Job Title: Deputy Manager Operations

As a deputy manager operations, you will oversee administrative operations and manage staff activities in an administrative setup. Your key duties include developing and implementing administrative functions to monitor business operations, managing and directing staff activities, and supervising facilities functions.

You will interact with other department heads to manage the entire administrative operations, develop inventory control management systems for the inventory department, and assist with front desk management and financial department tasks. Additionally, you will answer and route telephone calls, develop strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel, and ensure effective and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage administrative operations of all departments.
  • Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations.
  • Manage and direct the activities of the staff in an administrative set-up.
  • Manage and supervise all facilities functions.
  • Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations.
  • Develop inventory control management systems for the inventory department.
  • Assist and support front desk management in handling visitors and members.
  • Assist and support financial department in preparation of budget and other reports and statements.
  • Answer and route telephone calls to appropriate persons and members.
