Job Details
This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, client acquisition, with a proven track record of achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have a BBA (Marketing), BSCS, or BBIT degree and strong proficiency in LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Leverage Upwork to connect with clients, identify new opportunities, and expand the business.
  • Follow through the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and client requirements to better position our services and enhance outreach strategies.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, client acquisition, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • BBA (Marketing), BSCS, or BBIT degree.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
  • Ability to write persuasive emails and craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Knowledge of client hunting strategies (active and passive).
  • Hands-on experience with a freelancing platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other business development platforms.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using Upwork for client acquisition and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of additional business development tools and strategies.
