As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute client-centric strategies, leveraging your expertise in market analysis and competitor research.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them, working closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
  4. Analyze market data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and business development.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the BPO sector, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Able to work effectively in a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
