Client Success Strategist

At Zak, we are dedicated to building long-term relationships with our clients, and we are seeking a Client Success Strategist to help us achieve this goal. As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client-centric strategies, leveraging your expertise in market analysis and competitor research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them, working closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze market data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and business development.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the BPO sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively in a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
