Core Responsibilities

The Office Coordinator is a key role responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital office files and records.
  • Assist Human Resources and other departments with document preparation and internal communication.
Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise between departments to facilitate inter-office coordination and communication.
  • Establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Support event planning for office activities, meetings, and employee engagement events.
  • Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees.

Desirable Skills: Familiarity with office management software or tools, basic understanding of finance or procurement processes, and a professional attitude and appearance.
