Appointment Setter Opportunity

We are seeking highly experienced and driven professionals to join our team in a role that involves making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using a dialer or CRM
  • Engage professionally and confidently with decision-makers
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Follow call scripts and handle objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of BPO and cold calling experience (U.S. campaigns preferred)
  • C2 level English proficiency—both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
  • Experience using CRMs and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, Mojo, HubSpot,GHL etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
