Business Development Representative

A Dedicated Closer is required to lead our outbound sales efforts in Pakistan.

The Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual who can successfully close final expense life insurance sales over the phone. This remote position requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a knack for establishing trust with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in final expense life insurance products.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients to tailor insurance solutions to their individual needs.
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales success within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with final expense life insurance products is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours.
