About the RoleThe Eswap Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead business expansion in Pakistan, focusing on revenue growth and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in international market development, export sales, and green travel industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities1. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
2. Enhance services to existing customers by developing customized solutions that meet their needs.
3. Collaborate with government institutions, local factories, gas stations, fleets, universities, and other entities to drive growth.
4. Conduct market research to understand competitors and industry trends.
5. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and services.
Requirements1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in international market development or export sales, preferably in the green travel industry.
3. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven track record of successfully developing new business and meeting sales targets.
5. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
6. Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices.
