Ad Operations Manager Job Description: We're seeking an Ad Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle, from trafficking and setup to monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring correct configuration of targeting, placements, creative assets, and schedules according to campaign agreements.
  • Monitor daily delivery metrics and proactively address issues related to pacing, creative approval, or platform-level discrepancies.
  • Suggest and implement campaign optimizations based on performance data.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign activations.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign performance reports highlighting key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Data and BI teams to automate routine reports and enhance campaign data accessibility.
  • Identify bottlenecks and update SOPs to improve operational workflows.
  • Validate inventory and capacity for high-priority campaigns and support commercial team planning and forecasting.
  • Escalate delivery risks in a timely manner and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
