Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities that align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with potential clients and leverage their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Enhance services to existing customers and ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Foster strong partnerships with key decision-makers at target customers and navigate complex sales landscapes with ease.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government entities, local factories, gas stations, fleets, universities, and other influential institutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in international market development or export sales, preferably within the green travel sector.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven track record of successfully developing new business and meeting sales targets, driving consistent growth and success.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and practices, enabling informed decision-making and effective business operations.
