Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with hands-on experience in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Email Outreach: Design and execute personalized cold email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
- Client Communication: Initiate and maintain strong, professional communication with leads and clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and decision-makers in target industries.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email marketing. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Key skills include:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tactics.
- Proven success in email marketing and cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business development platforms.
