Job Title: Commercial Growth Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Growth Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth, developing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Daily tasks include:

  1. Developing and implementing commercial growth strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retain existing business
  4. Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to capitalize on them
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition

The Commercial Growth Specialist will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales management and commercial growth
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and generating sales reports
  • Understanding of marketing principles and collaboration with marketing teams
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the exchange or financial services industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
