Sales Executives/Business Development Managers at HM Tech play a crucial role in driving commercial growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a degree level education from a top university or abroad, minimum 3 years experience in sales or a related field, and a proven track record of success in sales or business development.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients.
