Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CRM specialist to join our team. As a CRM specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and executing campaigns and digital journeys to drive customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell. You will work closely with commercial teams to develop and manage campaign calendars, monitor CRM campaigns and journeys, and investigate any issues or anomalies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign management tools and digital CRM, as well as experience with SQL, R/Python, and other programming languages. They will also be proficient in BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik, and have knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, cloud, and big data technologies. Advanced Excel skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute targeted campaigns
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars to optimize effectiveness
  • Monitor CRM campaigns and journeys to identify and resolve issues
  • Analyze customer data to inform business decisions
