
Organizational Development Manager

The role of an Organizational Development Manager involves overseeing the entire human resources process, from reviewing job postings to coordinating interview panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce engagement for the country office, including new hire orientation and exit processes.
This position requires the ability to maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulations. This includes annually reviewing the employee handbook and recommending amendments as necessary.
The Organizational Development Manager will also be responsible for managing timesheets, ensuring timely submission and approval. Furthermore, they will monitor compensation and benefits, facilitating job analysis and updating job descriptions.
This role entails coordinating with the Finance Director in the preparation of monthly Payroll and advising the Country Director on appropriate staffing levels.
Other key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions, supervising travel arrangements, and evaluating employee training and development needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and the local language. They must also have a strong understanding of confidentiality and human resources principles.
Beyond these core duties, the ideal candidate should demonstrate high emotional intelligence, effective problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to achieving organizational goals.
