
Organizational Learning Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead organizational learning initiatives, leveraging their expertise in developing comprehensive training strategies. They will foster a culture of continuous professional growth and ensure our teams are equipped with the skills required to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities include designing engaging training programs, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with department heads to align training with employee growth plans. The selected candidate will also oversee onboarding programs, track training participation, and monitor industry trends to adopt best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage strategic training and development programs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training and business objectives.
- Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor training participation and progress using learning management systems (LMS).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD, SHRM-CP, or related training and development certifications.
