Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive professional growth and development across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training and development, with excellent organizational and coordination skills. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs and workshops, as well as collaborating with department leads to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, focusing on topics such as leadership, communication, and teamwork.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with department leads to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the process.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Training Logistics: Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and communication with attendees.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Gather feedback from training sessions and provide insights to improve content and delivery, ensuring continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in training and development or HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with training tools, e-learning platforms, and Learning Management System (LMS) software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Certification (Preferred):
  • Professional training or HR certification is a plus.

Office-based work environment.
