Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions, developing training materials, maintaining records, and supporting employee onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Session Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of training events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Training Materials Development: Help create engaging and informative training manuals, presentations, and other educational resources.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance logs, and feedback reports.
  • Employee Onboarding: Support the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Communication: Handle internal communications related to training, including logistics and coordination with trainers and participants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with training principles and adult learning concepts.
