- Leave & Benefits Administration: Design, implement, and manage leave policies that adhere to Pakistan employment regulations, oversee employee benefits to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
- HR Operations & Process Optimization: Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination, implement HR tech solutions to streamline operations, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Stakeholder & Employee Relations: Serve as an HR advisor to employees and leadership, address HR-related concerns, policy escalations, and compliance issues, and foster a positive employee experience through well-structured HR processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Pakistan and HR compliance.
- Expertise in HR policies, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
