Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

About the Role

This requires a focus on process execution with attention to detail, employee experience, and continuous improvement in HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the pre-onboarding process, collecting and accurately filing all employee documentation (offer letters, transcripts, experience letters, salary slips, resignation letters, etc.). Create and update employee records in HR systems, maintaining strict attention to detail.
  2. Oversee probation completion processes, ensuring timely form creation, feedback collection, and approvals. Conduct probation meetings and facilitate post-review negotiations and discussions.
  3. Address employee concerns, queries, and grievances professionally and timely. Organize engagement initiatives and maintain employee retention data.
  4. Ensure policies are up-to-date and communicated effectively. Collaborate with leadership to update policy manuals and ensure adoption across teams.
  5. Maintain HR update sheets and coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing. Oversee benefits administration, EOBI registration, and employee bank account openings.
  6. Oversee resignation approvals, clearance processes, and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and finalize documentation.
  7. Handle need-based or special projects as required.

  4. Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Addressing employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HRIS, ticketing systems, digital documentation, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  6. Time Management: Handling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  7. Confidentiality & Integrity: Managing sensitive employee data discreetly.
Experience & Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, employee performance management, payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.
