Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Identify and analyze emerging market trends, develop strategic plans to capitalize on them, and ensure seamless execution across the organization.
  • Client Relationship Building: Create and nurture high-value client relationships through tailored marketing solutions, exceptional customer service, and regular communication.
  • Sales and Business Development: Pursue sales opportunities, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals that meet or exceed targets while maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular progress updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, align marketing and sales strategies, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
