This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Two years of relevant work experience is also necessary.

The Administration Officer will be responsible for supervising and managing the movements and travel of staff and students, ensuring the security of the school premises, and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and vehicles. He/She will also be responsible for managing the work of the various administrative staff employed at the school, ensuring that they perform their duties as required. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and rations, including food and fuel. Facilitating the school's Academic Staff with their day-to-day requirements will also be part of the job responsibilities.

A team player with good management skills is required. The successful candidate must be willing to work for at least one full year and live on-campus. A strong commitment to providing exceptional service to the school community is essential.
